The Pacific Northwest Auction House is a live, internet-only auction – allowing you to bid from the comfort of your own home or office, and on any device. Our regular auctions open for bidding at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time Wednesday, and the individual auction lots begin closing at 6:00 p.m. the following Tuesday.

Bidding is easy and winning is fun! To be notified via email about a current or upcoming auction, simply SIGN UP HERE

By placing an online bid, you acknowledge you've read and agree to the Bidders & Buyers Terms and Conditions.

REGISTER

Before bidding in an auction, you’ll need to register; though you only need to register one time to be eligible to bid in current & future auctions.

PREVIEW

You may preview any of the auction lots in person during our normal business hours. We are open for preview & pick up from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.

BIDDING

To bid on any item, simply register for the auction (or login if you’re already registered) & click the “Bid” button on the item you’re interested in winning. Click on an item to see more photos & read the details.

using max bids

When bidding, you have the choice to simply accept the current required minimum bid or enter your maximum bid. The advantage of using a max bid is you won’t have to return to the auction site to adjust your bid higher if someone outbids you. Other bidders will not see your max bid – just the current winning bid on any item.

WATCHLIST

If you’d like, you can monitor the entire auction or just the items you’re bidding on or watching in your watchlist.

WINNING

If you're the successful high bidder when an item closes, you’ll see this status in your watchlist. You’ll also receive an email (generally by early the next morning) that will include your invoice for all items won.

PICK UP

Items won can be picked up during our normal business hours beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning through 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon. If you cannot pick up your item before 4 p.m. on Saturday, you must make arrangements with us in advance to avoid incurring storage fees.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Sorry, no checks. Most buyers usually have us charge their card on file when they retrieve the items they’ve won. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically for any items not picked up by 4 p.m. Saturday.

BUYER'S FEE

All winning lots will include a 13% buyer’s premium plus applicable sales tax.
